Conner T.

Conner, a native of Stuarts Draft, brings his passion for helping both people and animals to our team. With a warm and caring approach, he strives to make every visit as positive as possible for our clients and their pets.
At home, Conner is the proud owner of two beloved pets: "Floki," a fashionable Husky with a love for clothes, and "Freyja," a white Siamese cat who confidently rules the household.
When he’s not at work, Conner enjoys exploring his creativity through art and writing. As one of five siblings, Conner values family and connection, which shines through in his interactions with clients and coworkers alike.


Jasmine P.

Jasmine is a certified veterinary assistant who completed her training through Valley Career and Technical Center. A Shenandoah Valley native, Jasmine finds fulfillment in helping patients and making a meaningful impact in their lives.
She comes from a close-knit family with two parents and two siblings. At home, her dog, "Cassie," adds some excitement to her life with a playful rivalry against a goose at Gypsy Hill Park in Staunton.
Outside of work, Jasmine enjoys expressing her creativity through painting, as well as spending time outdoors hiking and fishing. Her compassion and dedication make her a wonderful asset to our team.


Jennifer B.

Receptionist

Jennifer started with us in 2012. She has one dog, “Marco”, who is a poodle mix. Jennifer enjoys making sure every client feels welcome when they come to the office. Her interests outside of work include cheerleading, music, and being around family and friends.


Karmen B.

Born and raised just down the road from our veterinary hospital, Karmen has always had a deep passion for animals. With a background in business management, she combines her love for animals with a strong dedication to exceptional customer service. Known for her warm personality, Karmen takes pride in creating a welcoming experience and making clients smile.
Her family affectionately calls her "Dr. Dolittle" because of her natural connection with animals. Outside of work, Karmen cherishes time with her family, especially her niece, who brings extra joy to her life. Karmen's family-oriented values and friendly demeanor make her an invaluable part of our team.


Krystle W.

Krystle is a certified veterinary assistant and passionate receptionist, greeting every pet and owner with a smile. Originally from Petaluma, CA, and raised in Augusta County, she now calls Churchville home. She’s an avid animal lover with a houseful of pets, including Hank, her gentle Rhodesian Ridgeback protector; Mason, the sweet tabby and family hunter; and Monty, their mischievous Himalayan mix who demands midnight snacks. Outside of work, Krystle enjoys camping and hiking with her family and chasing after her two energetic kids.


Laura L.

Lead Receptionist/Accounts Receivable

Since 2006, Laura has been making the trek from Bath County to work at Westwood. Her most favorite animal in the world is her chocolate lab “Jacob”. Laura enjoys providing clients with excellent care. Outside of work, she likes to camp, go boating, traveling, mowing, and spending time with “Jacob”, family, and friends.


Schyler S.

Schyler is a certified veterinary assistant, having completed her training through Valley Career and Technical Center. Born and raised in Augusta County, she finds great satisfaction in caring for animals in need and making a positive difference in their lives.
At home, Schyler lives with her parents and sister, along with her dog, "Ryder," a spirited and talkative heeler who keeps life entertaining.
In her free time, Schyler enjoys outdoor adventures like hunting and fishing, as well as spending quality time with friends. Her dedication and love for animals make her a valuable member of our team.
